The new season has officially started as of May 1st. Be sure to keep track of
the standings as they are posted on the website.

May 17th, North Branch
May 25th, Verndale
June 29th, Sherburn
July 3-4th, Plymouth
Aug. 29-31st, Verndale ($2000 added 4D's, Futurity, 2D - Slot Race)
There were several bylaw changes for 2008. Here's a list of things to keep in mind for the upcoming season.
1. Area of competition is limited to the State of Minnesota only. (VS. 5-state area)
2. Competition season now starts May 1st - Sept. 30th. (VS. March 1st)
3. Point slips require either an official signature or a website listing where results can be vertified.
4. MBRA shows are the only event to count for points/money on the dates of an MBRA event. If one day of a multi-day event, where there's no control on the draw, falls on an MBRA event, the whole non-MBRA event would not count (ie. - rodeo)
5. Top 5 in the Rodeo and Open divisions, Jr. champion and Jr. Reserve champion, and Peewee champion will receive buckles
6. Points in the Rodeo division must be postmarked by the 10th of the following month or within two weeks of the date on the check.
7. Only points accumulated in the Match division will count for establishing the team for match race.
