MBRA Stallion Auction Bidding Rules
All stallion services will be put on auction February 1st @ www.horsecityauctions.com The auction will last one month at a time. In the event the stallion service does not sell, the service will be put back onto auction for another month. This will continue until the stallion service has been on auction for a maximum of three months. This allows mare owners to purchase the stallion service and breed their mare earlier if they choose to do so. Once the stallion service has been sold the bidder must make payment to MBRA in the form of check, cash or PayPal within 10 days after close of auction. If the bidder does not send payment within 10 days the second highest bidder (if applicable) will have the option to buy the service for the second highest bid amount. If they decline, the breeding will be placed back onto auction. Upon receipt of payment, MBRA will send a copy of the breeding contract to the mare and stallion owner.
All mare care, breeding arrangements, and additional fees are at the discretion of the stallion owner. MBRA is not responsible for agreements made between the two parties. No refunds.
